Who we are
SABR Medical Center is a healthcare provider licensed by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), located near Nesto Supermarket, East Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain. You can reach us on +973 7708 6399 or on WhatsApp at the same number.
What this website collects
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. We do not build visitor profiles and we cannot identify you from browsing the site alone.
The appointment request form
If you use the booking assistant on this site, it asks for your name, your phone number, the department you need, your preferred date and time, and any optional notes you choose to add.
These details are not sent to us by this website and are not stored on any server belonging to it. The assistant simply composes a message and opens WhatsApp so you can review it and choose whether to send. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. If you close the assistant without sending, the details are discarded.
When you do send, your message travels through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Health information
The optional notes field may contain information about your symptoms or medical needs. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in a WhatsApp message. You are never required to describe a medical condition to request an appointment — a department and a preferred time are enough.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — typefaces load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — used for appointment messages, as described above.
- Google Maps — only if you choose to open directions to the clinic.
We have no other third-party services on this site.
Medical records
Patient records created during care at the clinic are held separately from this website, under the confidentiality obligations that apply to licensed healthcare providers in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Your rights
Under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us on +973 7708 6399 and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date above.
